Guaranteed $4,000 Gross Per Week – Work Monday through Friday and at least 50 hours per week. If your weekly gross earnings are less than $4,000, we'll make up the difference to ensure you reach the guarantee.
$4,000 Weekly Gross Guarantee Requirements:
• Work Monday through Friday
• Work a minimum of 50 hours per week
• Meet dispatch availability and accept offered qualifying loads during the workweek
• If qualifying weekly gross is under $4K, we pay the difference to bring you up to $4K gross.
Consistent local work 5+days/week--no overnights or layovers
Most runs 100-120 miles from the yard, if not shorter
Longer runs (200-220 miles) and crosstown opportunities available
53’ containers, with occasional 20’ and 40’
Freight from all major railyards — flexibility to be based anywhere in Chicagoland or NWI
100% no-touch freight
Paid rail delay time and detention
No forced dispatch — flexible scheduling and drive times
Paid percentage of linehaul plus fuel surcharge--fuel is currently 41%
1099 position with weekly direct deposit every Friday
Service area includes Illinois, Indiana, eastern Iowa, western Michigan, and southern Wisconsin

Requirements
Minimum 23 years old with a valid Class A CDL
2+ years of verifiable driving experience (intermodal experience preferred)
No DUIs within the past 5 years
No more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years (no more than 2 in the last year)
No preventable accidents within the past 3 years
