💰 Pay & Benefits
- Flatbed/Step deck: up to 70¢/mile
- Dry Van: 65¢/mile (based on experience)
- CPM or Revenue Share: 30% of gross revenue
- Bonuses: $500 sign-on + $500 loyalty every 6 months

- Weekly direct deposit (Mon–Mon) + cash advances after 1st delivered load

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class A CDL
- 3+ years of OTR experience
- Clean record: max 1 violation in Clearinghouse – SAP friendly
- Professional drivers who value stability and transparency
