US FREIGHT INC. is NOT looking for seat warmers. We are looking for professional, safety-focused, and highly detailed Independent Contractors.
We have contracts in hand and excellent freight volume. We just need quality drivers who understand that this job is about ACCOUNTABILITY, not just steering a wheel. If you are ready for a demanding but highly rewarding partnership, read on.
PAY & PERFORMANCE
- COMPENSATION: 25% of Gross Revenue (Paid Weekly).
- INCOME STANDARD: Our top contractors consistently gross $12,000+ per week. If the truck isn't hitting this target, we investigate; because the freight is available.
- TIME OFF: Flexible schedule! As long as the truck is actively generating revenue and meeting performance metrics, we will be flexible with your time-off requests.
- REFERRAL BONUS: Earn $1,000 for every qualified driver you refer who stays for 90 days.
- PERFORMANCE RAISES: Your hard work is rewarded quickly. Raises are scheduled at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and 2 year intervals.
REQUIREMENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS)
We haul specialized freight that requires high security and meticulous attention to detail.
CITIZENSHIP & SECURITY:
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN.
- MUST be able to obtain a TWIC CARD.
- MUST have a valid REAL ID.
- Ability to access secure facilities is MANDATORY (Military Bases, Ports, Airports, etc.).
- NO FELONIES in driving or criminal history.
PROFESSIONALISM & DETAIL:
- Fluent English is required for communication and safety protocols.
- Must be professional and attentive to detail in all communication and paperwork.
- CRITICAL: Must be able to perform a HIGH-QUALITY PRE-TRIP INSPECTION (PTI) and adhere strictly to all Load Securement policies.
