Run Direct is hiring CDL-A flatbed drivers. 1099. OTR. Illinois-based. Real company, real yard, real shop.
THE MONEY:
— $0.75 per mile — ALL miles paid, loaded and empty
— Earn up to $2,800 per week
— $50 tarp pay per load
— $50 per extra stop
— $750 sign-on bonus
— $500 referral bonus
— NO escrow. NO deposit. NO weekly deductions.
— Pay every Friday, direct deposit. Clean settlement.
THE MATH:
3,000+ miles x $0.75 = $2,250
Tarp pay (5 loads x $50) = $250
Extra stops (4 x $50) = $200
TOTAL = up to $2,700+/week
HOME TIME:
3.5 weeks out, 1 week home. We honor it.
TRUCKS:
2023-2024 Freightliner Cascadia
APU, fridge, inverter, microwave — all standard
Fuel card provided

Max 10 drivers per dispatcher — you call, they answer

All 48 states, no NYC
REQUIREMENTS:
— CDL-A
— Flatbed experience
— 1099 — LLC required (we help set up at lower cost)
— OTR ready
— SAP accepted (step 5-6)
— Pets welcome, riders welcome (no children)
WHAT WE DON'T DO:
— No escrow
— No deposit
— No hidden deductions
— No "up to" bullshit — the math is above
— No forced dispatch games
— No 30 drivers per dispatcher
