I want to start up or invest in your heating and cooling business. Get some service / installers , some used vans to start off. Let’s get some advertising going, and hire a salesman. I used to work at a company years ago as an Installer/ service helper.
I do do side jobs word and mouth doing installs and some service.
I currently have a full-time job as mechanical engineer at a company. I plan to keep my job as long as possible. I do plan on dedicating my time even at work, making calls, etc. ( getting some commercial accounts)
I will be able to do some service, and installs, after hours and on weekends, while I am not working my full-time job. Like I said, I would wish to keep my full-time job as long as possible.
You must have knowledge of the business, heating air conditioning, plumbing, electric.
I have money to invest in. You must too as well. If I come in as a partial partner or if you already have an existing business that you want to expand. I am located in the south suburbs off of Chicago. But I don’t care where this business is going to be located as long as in Chicago/suburbs north south east or west.
