We provide consulting for people who are new to flipping and real estate development so that they fully understand the risks and rewards associated with various opportunities and don't pay too much for a property or allow rehab costs to get out of control.
We're looking for a ghostwriter to write educational blog posts targeted to a range of individuals including people thinking of getting into flipping after working in other sectors; investors who are relatively new to the real estate development industry and need some extra help boosting their business; and to experienced investors who are looking to deepen their knowledge even further and continue growing their businesses. The focus should be on every aspect of the flipping process from finding properties to negotiating to finding a contractor to keeping costs under control to finding financing to selling at the end. This involves giving plenty of well-researched examples where you explain what the numbers look like and how various decisions would affect ROI. Because we want to provide our readers with the most unique and insightful content possible, you absolutely must have experience with this kind of thing yourself to write these articles.
We write for the industry, not for the general public.

We have a pay-per-post opportunity, as well as a full-time contract available. Our whole firm is full of highly motivated, educated overachievers who are also the most loyal, friendly work family you could ever ask for. For the full-time position, the hours are 7:30 to 3:30 Pacific time, Monday to Fri. People here are very friendly with each other and often get together socially as well. Pay is negotiable and competitive.
