Note this is 27' loa PLUS a 3' Swim platform.
Over the last two years...NEW: lower unit, Batteries, VHF and antenna, Raymarine display, added storage compartments, Salon Cushions, wood flooring, second Bimini, New pump assembly (Jabsco) for head, pedestal table, dual trumpet horn, LEDs throughout, bellows, gimbles, engine mounts bottom paint, and a second Isotherm fridge added in the cockpit! Added staple rails with rod holders on the swim platform.
The boat was tuned up last year, a new bilge pump was installed in the shower, new fire extinguishers and flares-so coast guard inspection ready. little items like new wiper blades, a new carbon monoxide detector and stainless steel cup holders show that this second owner (me) really took care of his vessel. I also had the hull waxed/buffed at the start of every season.
There is sunshade for the bow and the sale includes the folding Captains chair seen in the cockpit pics. And added 4" cushion for the helm was custom made recently
