This is a Polaroid "Swinger" camera. One of the first polaroid cameras, it came on the market in 1968. Not sure it works (or if you could find film for it!) but it's a very cool collectable. Comes with case, which unfortunately needs repair (see pictures).

Light inside stays "YES" when it's ready to go.
