Liberty Auto City is a family owned & operated business who care immensely about our employees. Many of our employees have been with our company for 20+ years. We provide a stable & positive work environment for you each day. Position is paid $10 per hour and payroll is processed every week. We offer direct deposit. Cashier Position is part-time for the following hours:

Monday - Thursday, 3:30 - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, 7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket
Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
Answer phones and direct consumer to the proper staff member or schedule an appointment for the customer
Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
Scan copies of (Service Repair Orders, Parts Counter Tickets, Car Deal Files, etc.

Good computer skills and ability to learn new softwares is a MUST
Self-starter and self-motivating attitudes are best fits for this role
Excellent customer service skills are a MUST
Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required
Previous experience with Reynolds & Reynolds but not required. We will train!
Ability to calmly and clearly handle customer concerns and escalate them to managers for assistance
Professional personal appearance
Must be able to pass a background check. Driving record will also be checked.
