Selling a MARANTZ SR8001 receiver AS IS.
I originally paid around $2,500 for IT, but I’m pricing it well below value because I’m selling it AS IS.
The receiver is missing the MARANTZ logo, and I haven’t been able to locate the power cord since our move (you can find a replacement for a few bucks on Amazon).
Everything was fully functional when I last used it a few years ago. If I don’t sell it soon as untested AS IS unit, I’ll buy a new cord, test them again, and the price will go up.
This receiver delivers rich, warm, and detailed sound—classic Marantz quality. It handled both movies and music beautifully, with deep bass, clear highs, and immersive surround performance. Whether you’re into home theater or high-fidelity music, this receiver has serious potential.
