We are hosting a party with 60-70 people and are looking for a sous chef to help coordinate the serving the night of. We’re preparing all the food ourselves, but are looking to serve it individually vs buffet style. Specifically we are looking for help with:
- Keeping all serving on schedule (we have a draft schedule but open to suggestions.)
- Ensuring food remains hot and ready to serve (we have a Cambro insulated pan carrier and an induction burner. Open to other suggestions.)
- Plating all dishes (we have thoughts on this but again open to suggestions.)
- Assisting with cleanup at the end of the night
Please include background - previous catering experience a huge plus.
