Restaurant and bar Sunny day need enthusiastic bartenders to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customer's needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.
Responsibilities
🍸 1. Customer Service
• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Take drink and sometimes food orders politely and efficiently.
• Provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Handle complaints or issues calmly and professionally.
🥂 2. Preparing and Serving Drinks
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Measure ingredients accurately and maintain consistency.
• Create cocktails, shots, and specialty drinks when requested.
• Ensure drinks are presented neatly and served at the correct temperature.
💰 3. Cash and Payment Handling
• Process customer payments accurately (cash, credit cards, tabs).
• Balance the cash register and reconcile receipts at the end of the shift.
• Prevent and report any payment discrepancies.
🧽 4. Cleanliness and Organization
• Keep the bar area, tools, and glasses clean and sanitized.
• Restock liquor, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
• Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene standards.
⚖️ 5. Compliance and Safety
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Follow local laws and regulations related to alcohol service.
• Monitor customer behavior to prevent over-consumption or unsafe situations.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or suspicious behavior to management.
