They saved a ton of money by doing this. They are working on building a structure right now for under $100 a square foot. When the structure is complete they will be able to sell it for $200-$300 a square foot if they wanted to.
I want to learn how to be a general contractor and build my own homes and structures. I am looking for someone with the capital that wants to partner with me on our first build together. I will be a student and learn the trade craft (which does not seem to hard to be honest) and you would provide the capital in this situation. If we successfully build and sell our first home or structure together maybe we could work on other buildings and build a real company out of it.
Let me know if this sounds interesting to you. I am really interested personally in building something from scratch and learning a potentially lucrative skill.
