This antique Victorian style side or tea table dates back to the late 19th century. It features distinctive "bobbin" spindle turned legs and stretchers. The top has a beautiful carved curved edge and scalloped details underneath.
The surface top is made with 2 boards placed together and carved to mirror each side. Even the lower shelf is attractive with its cut-out curved edges and provides additional storage or display space, which was historically used for cups and saucers when used as a tea table. The side accent table is made from wood that was stained a dark brownish-black finish. This trestle table is highly functional for holding a variety of items and home decor accessories.
