Toro CCR2000 2 cycle has elec. start but does not work? Very low hour residentially used unit. I just cleaned the carb & replaced the bowl & gasket. Starts & runs great. I will consider in person cash in hand offers, I don't lowball you on your work or trade so please don't mine. Removed when sold. Pick up is from Chicago/ Park Ridge area. Thank you
