Made in Oak Brook, Illinois. Seldom used over the years. Stored in same factory box. Leaves no stains on fabric. The 8 ft electric cord is still factory-flat, never wound around the iron. The hefty weighted steel body is for larger items like coats, gowns, curtains. There are 51 steam vents. And the comfort-grip stay-cool handle is thick.

The bright white light on the factory chrome is reflection from a skylight in the ceiling above. Chrome is still flawless.
