IntegriX LLC is seeking reliable subcontractors for a part-time office cleaning opportunity near Harlem & Devon in Edison Park, Chicago.
Details:
Start time after 9 PM
About 2½ hours per night, 5 nights per week
$15.00 per hour
Paid by 1099 (subcontractor position)
Guaranteed 2½ hours of pay per night for this account (if work is completed safely and meets quality standards)
Duties:
-Empty trash, dust, vacuum, sweep/mop floors
-Clean and stock restrooms, breakrooms, and kitchens
-Clean windows and other misc cleaning duties as needed
-Perform a final walk-through to ensure quality
Requirements:
-Strong work ethic and attention to detail
-Reliable transportation
-Ability to walk, bend, and squat during the shift
-Background check required
