Position Overview
Crafted By Cohen LLC
is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician with experience in post-construction cleaning, residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or Airbnb turnover services.
This position requires someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality cleaning results, works efficiently, and understands professional cleaning standards.
Responsibilities
Perform detailed post-construction cleaning after remodeling and renovation projects
Clean residential homes, apartments, and rental properties
Perform Airbnb and hotel-style turnover cleaning
Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and polish surfaces
Remove construction dust from walls, trim, cabinets, windows, and floors
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, and fixtures thoroughly
Handle trash removal and final jobsite cleanup
Report damages or issues immediately
Maintain professional appearance and communication with clients and team members
Follow company quality standards and checklists
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience preferred
Experience in:
Post-construction cleaning
Residential cleaning
Hotel housekeeping
Airbnb turnover cleaning
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation
Must be punctual and dependable
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically active throughout the day
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using professional cleaning equipment and products
Ability to identify high-end finishes and clean them properly
Experience working around construction environments
Bilingual is a plus
