We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Facilities / Project Manager that is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of buildings and infrastructure while also managing projects related to construction, renovation, and facility improvements.
Key Responsibilities / Facilities Management
-Oversee daily operations of our buildings and grounds
-Manage maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs
-Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
Key Responsibilities / Project Management
-Plan, execute, and oversee facility-related projects (renovations, expansions, upgrades)
-Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets
-Track project progress and adjust plans as needed
-Prepare reports and communicate project status to leadership
