Looking for a reliable window washer to join our small crew. Work is retail storefront and residential homes in the north suburbs with occasional light commercial jobs.
Pay: $25+ per hour depending on experience + cash tips (most jobs tip well) + BONUS
Schedule: Part-time to full-time flexible – mostly Monday–Friday, occasional Saturday mornings
Hours: 25–40 hours/week (more in spring/summer)
Requirements:
Comfortable working on ladders
Reliable transportation (we provide all equipment and supplies)
Physically able to carry ladders, buckets, and work outdoors
Own smartphone for job communication and GPS
No experience necessary – we will train the right person
Preferred but not required:
Previous window cleaning, pressure washing, or exterior maintenance experience
