We are growing and looking for skilled, motivated Glaziers who want to build a long-term career in the glass trade.
The Work You’ll Do
As a Glazier at Bianco Glass, you’ll be responsible for installing architectural glass products and systems in luxury residential and commercial environments. This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and a strong understanding of construction best practices.
Responsibilities may include:
Installing glass panels, mirrors, shower enclosures, railings, partitions, and specialty architectural glass systems
Reading and interpreting shop drawings, field measurements, and installation plans
Handling, transporting, and setting glass safely and efficiently
Using hand tools, power tools, and specialty glazing equipment
Ensuring all work meets company quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications
Communicating with project managers, designers, contractors, and homeowners
Maintaining a clean and professional job site
What You Bring
We’re looking for candidates who are dependable, detail-oriented, and proud of their craft.
You should have:
Prior experience in construction, building trades, or related fields
Knowledge of common construction materials, methods, and tools
The ability to safely operate power tools and equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Glass experience is a plus—but not required.
