Eva Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our commercial warehouse in Northbrook, IL. This is a step up from a standard pick/pack role — we're looking for someone sharp who can learn our full operation, work comfortably with computers and software, and help keep the warehouse running smoothly end to end.
What you'll do:
Process and fulfill customer orders across our systems (order management, shipping, and inventory software)
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time
Track and manage inventory, including receiving, put-away, and cycle counts
Print shipping labels and coordinate carrier pickups
Troubleshoot order and inventory issues as they come up
Understand how the whole operation fits together and pitch in where needed
Help train and support other warehouse staff
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly
- Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift (up to ~40 lbs)
- Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce experience preferred
- Good communication and a team-first attitude
