Your Mission:
· Liaise between property management team and FA for questions regarding payments, maintenance, and leasing.
· Attend weekly leasing calls with the property management team to discuss current and future leasing plans
· Facilitate refinance and recapitalization process from origination to execution.
· Model potential refinances and prepare due diligence for lenders.
· Serve as the liaison between FA, lenders and brokers.
· Communicate directly with brokers and prepare due diligence for sales (i.e., send over property level financial information and rent rolls).
· Prepare monthly budget variance reports and communicate with property managers on discrepancies.
· Draft investor reports on a quarterly basis.
· Work directly with architect to plan renovations and permit process.
· Work directly with general contractor to find subcontractors, create budgets and plan renovation timing of all our rehabs.
· Complete required information for any required documentation (i.e., tax appeal files, phase 1 questionnaires, etc)
· Upload information into Inveniam.io platform on a monthly basis.
· Draft answers to questions on our properties for a wide range of stakeholders such as a lenders, brokers, and investors.
· Perform administrative tasks such as setting up meetings for our team.
· Such other tasks assigned by management.
Your Background
Minimum of three years’ experience.
Undergraduate degree required.
Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
