Responsibilities
-answer direct phone calls professionally
-schedule appointments, inspections, jobs
-Communicate with customers regarding projects, invoices etc.
-Prepare send invoices estimate basic paperwork
-Assist with permits, insurance documents and job files
-maintain organized digital and physical records
-Handle emails daily basis
