Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented seasoned professional to assist with daily office operations. The business owner has multiple properties that need expenses tracked, managing rents and moves. You will work directly with the business owner.
General Responsibilities:
Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documents.
Extensive data entry utilizing Excel spreadsheets.
Projects as needed include filing documents and applications online.
Managing all office billing including property receipts
Some personal errands will be involved.
Responsibilities for owner-owned rental properties:
Processing incoming tenants via the CHA portal
Tracking rents and preparing rent raises for all units
Scheduling inspections
Communication with Tenants regarding late rents and other issues
Coordinate issues with Southside Manager
Track expenses for properties
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Previous administrative support experience necessary
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe)
Experience with QuickBooks especially generating profit and loss reports
Salary commensurate with experience
