We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member
Responsibilities:
Review and verify purchase orders (POs)
Confirm purchase order details with vendors and customers
Upload and maintain purchase order records in company systems
Perform general data entry and administrative support tasks
Schedule:
Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00AM - 3:00 PM Mandatory
Qualifications:
Basic computer and data entry skills
Attention to detail and organizational abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Dependable and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
