We are currently looking an Office Coordinator / Bookkeeper for our office located in Skokie, IL. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day Office Duties and Bookkeeping responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Accounts Receivable
• Delinquency collections
• Accounts Payable - entering and paying invoices
• Point of contact for vendors and clients
• Bank reconciliations
• Daily data entry to keep up with book clean and accurate
• Entering A/P bills and A/R invoices in QuickBooks
• Entering and tracking inventory and purchase orders
• Making collection calls and set up payment terms
• Bank accounts and Credit Cards reconciliation
• Maintain contract, company, vendor, and other accounting files
• General office administration and customer service

Job requirements include but are not limited to:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant Accounting Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Organized
- Microsoft Office Suite competency
- QuickBooks software experience preferable
