Phenomenal opportunity to join a 123-year-old company on the North Shore. Immediate opening for a seasoned property manager/licensed broker to manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties in the suburbs.
Must be proficient in Microsoft word and excel.
Duties include communication with tenants, owners and vendors. Walking properties 1-2 times per month. Schedule work and request quotes. Meet vendors onsite when necessary. Keep files updated, both hard copies and online. On call after hours for emergencies.
Knowledge of Skyline or Yardi a plus.
Candidate must possess good written and verbal skills, be detail oriented & able to multi-task and have a positive attitude.
