You’d be living with two thoughtful, kind roommates. We value good energy, creativity, and building a home that feels comfortable and welcoming. One of us works in film, the other as a Home Health Aide (working on pivoting) and we’d love someone who’s excited about life, open to sharing a meal once in a while, and invested in keeping the space clean and harmonious.

Someone open & comfortable with QPOC households
Clean, mindful of common spaces
Open to friendship but also respects boundaries
Ideally willing to sign onto the lease (ending July 2026). If not, our current roommate can stay on, but if we resign past July, we’ll need you on the lease.
