Two Fully furnished rooms available for one or two persons in a clean, well-maintained, quiet home. I’m looking for a courteous, respectful house mate. There is ample closet space, utilities and Wi-Fi are included, you'll have your own refrigerator and kitchen cabinet space. Common areas are shared. Laundry is downstairs in basement. Parking in driveway. No pets. You must have income to easily afford rent and security deposit and have dependable transportation. Proof of income required. I may run credit check, employment and residence verification, and criminal history.

The house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, exactly between Chicago and Milwaukee, next to a forest preserve and golf course. An elementary school is around the corner. Military bases, medical facilities, and colleges are in the vicinity. Shopping and all community conveniences are nearby. Beautiful beaches and harbors are close too. Nearby communities are Beach Park, Gurnee, and Great Lakes. One-person move-in cost = $1,700 ($850 security deposit + $850 first month's rent). Two-person move-in cost = $2,000 ($1,000 security deposit + $1,000 first month's rent).
