Senior Account Manager – Packaging
Our client is continuing to grow, and is looking for a true "A Player" to join their sales team.

What You'll Do
Find, Manage and Grow Accounts: Take ownership of an existing book of business and drive significant growth through strategic account management and new customer acquisition.
Sell Custom Solutions: Selling our custom corrugated packaging solutions to numerous titles at prospects/clients including: Warehouse Managers, Operations Managers, Packaging Engineers, General Managers, Marketing, and Owners.
Prospect Relentlessly: Consistently identify and pursue new business opportunities at both new and existing accounts, leveraging your expertise in short sales cycles (average 1 month) with order values ranging from $2,500 to $25,000, and annual account revenues exceeding $100,000.
Thrive in a Competitive Market: Knockout incumbents in a price-sensitive market, even when we're not the lowest-cost provider, by showcasing the value of our custom solutions.
Master Your Territory: Plan and execute a disciplined cadence of prospect and customer visits, using HubSpot CRM to meticulously track all interactions and details.
Who You Are
A proven sales leader with 3-5 years of business development experience selling custom industrial products, which are perceived as commodities, in highly competitive markets.
Experienced selling to Warehouse Managers, Ops. Managers, Packaging Engineers, GMs, and Owners.
Tenacious and resilient, undeterred by rejection, with a track record of consistently (And can prove it).
Skilled at displacing existing suppliers/partners, even when not the lowest-priced option, through value-driven sales strategies.
Experienced in managing short sales cycles and securing accounts with significant revenue potential.
CRM-savvy, with a disciplined approach to documenting all sales activities and notes (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
Gritty and hungry, with a relentless drive to achieve and surpass ambitious goals, targeting at least $120,000+ in earnings in your first year.
