We are an established property management company seeking an experienced (apartment building) assistant leaser for our building on the north side of Chicago – 3 towers of 300+ units – all with modern amenities.

Qualifications:

4-year college degree/Bachelor’s
3 years of proven successful leasing experience (for apartment buildings)
excellent communication and organization skills

Schedule: Must be willing to work 40-45 hours per week, including 5 hours on Saturday.

Salaried job – no commission
