Must like cats! We are a fun, kind couple in our 30s! Male works nights until 4am as a DJ/Bar Management, female works from home office daily on her start up! and loves reality tv, her cats, spirituality, the arts and music. I have a huge tv in my room and King size bed so I will also hang out there so you can relax solo in peace too at times. Living room will be all yours to relax.

I offer my large 7 foot sofa in a cute 15th floor 1 bedroom condo! Living room has an 60 inch TV + the condos has 3 Alexas! You can put dividers up for privacy to create a small sleep space. I recommend an air mattress and we can share the sofa for tv and yes you can sleep there too.
When I first moved to Chicago on savings I also lived in the living room with dividers for cheap with a kind roommate and it was so helpful to me until I got my own 1 bed. No Judgement.
- Building has empty, private and peaceful community room with free wi-fi, pool table, ping pong, tables and TV/huge Sofas for extended study space! Plus a nice 24/7 gym.
- Entire apt has brand new top of the line water filtration (shower/bathroom and kitchen; I just bought a $300 Reverse Water Osmosis System for the purest water you can drink.)
- Laundry is pretty cheap in the building and 24/7
- Warm, cozy, and move-in ready for the holidays
