You’ll be working directly with the Talent and leadership team, so we need a blend of someone who is motivating, get-it-done, technically-inclined, self-motivated and independent but most importantly shares our values of:

What you’ll be doing:
--Paying attention to the small details involved in producing top quality content
--Working with the creatives to plan and execute on the film production from ideation to publishing
--Using Adobe Premiere to edit and improve visual storytelling elements including color grading, audio mastering and finding the perfect b-roll to use
--Managing the on-screen talent on production day
--Maintain quality standards that all videos live up to our core company values
--Building and designing sets in our YouTube studio
--Wardrobe consulting for video shoots
--Assisting on set (holding cameras, fixing lighting, tweaking cameras, etc.)
