This meter is for the electrical enthusiest or collector. It needs repairs because some of it's features don't work. It is sold as is that a skilled technition should be able to repair. The bakelite case is in very good condition with a small chip in the back and a small piece of bakelite missing from the top. The front panel glass and selection knob are in great shape. Leather strap is like new condition. Great for parts or to put on display even if it's not repaired. Complete in original box with owners manuel and testing cords.
