Lead Roles ($28–$32/hr)
• Lead Installer: Handle all field tasks, repairs, adjustments, sizing corrections
• Lead Assembly: Build complete custom projects from drawings with little direction; guide team through final assembly
Carpenter Roles ($20–$28/hr)
• Assembly Carpenter: All aspects of job assembly, working from shop drawings
• Installer: Field installation with oversight, including cabinetry and casework
• Machine Operator: CNC and edgebander operations, routine maintenance, troubleshooting
• Laminator: Laminate panels, edge-banding, and assist with machine operations
What We’re Looking For:
• Experienced in architectural millwork and cabinetry
• Ability to read drawings and work independently or in small teams
• Motivated, detail-focused, and reliable
• Basic hand tools required (we supply major tools and equipment)
