We’re launching a new home services company and need a proven leader to run day-to-day operations. You’ll oversee crews, scheduling, logistics, and job quality, while the owner (who previously built and successfully exited a large moving company) handles marketing, sales, and the business backend.
This is NOT just an hourly job. This is a profit-share leadership role where your income grows as the company grows.

• Experienced leader in home services (windows, gutters, pressure washing, etc.) or willing to learn.
• Skilled at managing crews, logistics, and customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable being hands-on when needed, but focused on scaling operations.
• Motivated by growth and long-term earnings, not just an hourly wage.
• Driver’s license required; prior operations or crew leadership is a major plus.
