Dassler is expanding its Chicago operation to support newly awarded contracts and additional company equipment.

We are now hiring:

• 25 additional owner-operators for new dedicated contract freight
• 10 additional company drivers for our expanded fleet and new contracts

These are growth positions supported by new contract freight—not replacement openings caused by drivers leaving.

Every program above is optional. If you already have your own, we do not charge you for ours.

YOUR CDL WILL NEVER BE PUT AT RISK FOR A LOAD

Dassler operates 100% on ELDs and within federal Hours-of-Service regulations.

We will never ask you to manipulate your logs, drive off the clock, exceed your legal hours or enter an HOS gray area. If a run cannot be completed legally, we will not dispatch it that way.

We believe your CDL, safety and livelihood are more important than forcing one additional load.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Safe and professional CDL-A owner-operators
• Minimum two years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Intermodal experience strongly preferred
• Reliable, well-maintained tractor
• Clean and professional communication
• Strong work ethic and safety-first attitude
• Contractors looking for stable, long-term work
• Ability to operate fully and legally on ELDs
