Growing fast paced construction company has an immediate opening for an office administrator with accounting experience. We offer competitive pay, employee paid BCBS health insurance, 401K plan, performance bonus and potential for advancement.
Job duties include but not limited to:
Payroll for over 250 employees using QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions software
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Generate Lien Waivers as well as request vendor waivers
Check invoicing accuracy
Candidate must be proficient in the above job duties and have a minimum of 4 years in construction administrative/accounting role
Detail oriented problem solver
Must be able to work as a team player as well as independently
Proficient computer skills (QuickBooks, Word, Excel etc.)
Willing to learn new things and be a fill in where needed
