This offering is for one (1) very cute, cat themed dimensional wall hanging appliqué by Valorie Stockwell. It is a country setting from a window with curtains a cat sitting inside looking at a cat outside adorned with flowers, trees, birds, and a basket. Most of her hanging work is smaller or applied to clothing. We acquired this in the 1980s and hung in a hallway, sheltered from sunlight and activity for many years until we moved and stored in a closet because of space limitations. This protected the work from abuse and exposure, so it retained its original appearance. This is a very warm, textural, fanciful, and dimensional creation any rural country or cat lover will appreciate. Selling this is stressful, but now it can be shared with others and hang in a new home. We are not dealers but collect and appreciate art and cat theme items. Unfortunately, we are older, downsizing and purging so everything must go. Thank you for looking, good luck, and please stay safe.

CONDITION
This is an older, used, hanging artesian work. The wood frame and appliqué are both structurally sound, like new and in excellent condition with possibly minor, age-related cosmetic wear. I did not clean to preserve the original patina. It hung on the wall at the end of a corridor, void of direct sunlight for over 20 years and once we moved placed in a closet until now.
