I love this. The color, the style. There's a very tranquil feeling when viewing this.
I'm planning on removing or replacing the Mat and framing the piece, but I wanted to provide the opportunity to pick up this very interesting piece at a better price so you could make it your own.
The image itself is 10" x 19.75" on a 16 x 24 sheet. The Mat is 18" x 28". I like the size with the mat - We'll have to see what frames I find.
If sold prior to my framing it, I will ship with the current Matas pictured.
This piece was actually a 1961 Scholastic Art Awards entry in Cleveland, OH by a 17year old named Ellen Sasser. The entry form is included (Not shown in pics).
Doing the math. Ellen would be approx. 81 years. I did a google search and found no concrete leads.
Stored (sealed) in a smoke free environment.
Pick up in Lombard preferred. Limited LOCAL delivery and S&H are available for an extra cost (TBD)
