Antique Unique Zodiac Clock - $100 (arlington heights)

While clock looks very beautiful CLOCK IS NOT IN WORKING CONDITION and would need repair to restore the function of telling time and to exhibit movement of silver balls at base of clock. Restoration would bring the condition of this clock from fair to excellent.
Approximate measurements: Height 11" tall x 8" at base
The clock is approximately 70 years old.
