This is a vintage Embury Little Air Pilot 1 kerosene lantern, made in Warsaw, New York, USA, featuring a red globe.
The Embury Manufacturing Company introduced the "Air Pilot" line around 1939 as a warning signal for the trucking industry
The red globe indicates that the lantern was used to signal "stop" or "danger" Without the handle being extended, it is about 14” high.
