My diet consists of protein chicken, beef, and steak
I take vitamins such as lion's mane and sea moss, I am not really a milk drinker. I drink tea sometimes. I don't take prescription medication, if I do have pain I rarely take Tylenol unless I have no access to cloves. I do not take fenugreek but I am trying some supplements for milk production feel free to ask and I can provide that information. Also, I have medical records to provide that I am healthy. I am unvaccinated for COVID shots and flu shots as a personal preference. I am not a drinker and I do not smoke nicotine
