The refrigerated pizza prep / dough retarder comes with a large 60" marble (synthetic surface material) above it's 15.1 cubic ft capacity internal storage . Stainless Steel covers the exterior and interior of the pizza prep tables with the inside being cooled by a hydro-carbon R290 refrigerant keeping food at safe temperatures between 33 degrees F and 41 degrees. Each pizza prep table comes with casters installed making moving it around simple as ever and locking the wheels in place even easier. Everything you need will be within an arms reach - with it's compact yet resourceful design.
