It has a stainless steel back.
The face of the clock looks to be mother of Pearl.
It does fit larger wrists since the cuff does expand....7 1/4 unexpanded.
Runs fine and has new battery.
Belonged to my elderly Aunt who wore it in the 60s and 70s.
