The pop culture and fashion of the 1970's was heavily influenced by a revisit to the designs of the 30's, and this hat is the perfect example of that! Made of a heavy weight felted, pure wool material, this hat comes in a mushroom brown color and has rounded dome crown and a moderate sized brim that becomes longer at front and shorter at rear. It features a lovely, matching grosgrain ribbon around the base. Two beige/tan curled and sheared feathers have been placed across the base ribbon of the bow. The underside of hat is marked "Designed by Thomas Miller for Sylvia of St. Louis." 100% wool, made in U.S.A. The overall condition is very good to excellent.
