A mid-century Japanese ceramic wall plaque, likely 1960s–1970s, in the style strongly associated with Sakura / Sakura Fine China–type decorative ware.
Even when not officially stamped “Sakura,” many of these were:
• Made in Japan
• Sold in gift shops and department stores
• Labeled with paper stickers only, which are often long gone
Style & subject
• Raised, hand-painted relief
• European street / vintage car motif
• Tourist / romantic travel imagery (very popular in that era)
