Diamond Tag and Label is a family owned business that prints and ships millions of tags all over the country each year. We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative who wants to be part of a small team that strives to be the best we can be. A hands on, interactive position that is more than just answering a phone!
Responsibilities
Manages a large number of phone calls and emails daily
Handles new/existing orders, billing, and shipping duties
Designs customer artwork through Adobe Illustrator (training provided)
Identifies customer's needs to achieve satisfaction while building sustainable relationships
Tracks order progress and is able to update customer when needed
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Helps keep the office clean, organized, and running properly
Skills
Proven customer support experience
Comfortable with computers and willing to learn new programs
Ability to identify, save, edit, and copy computer files (mostly pdf. files)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
Excellent overall communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Great organizational skills
High school degree
