We are a residential remodeling and construction company looking for a professional and calm individual to help communicate with customers, especially in situations where customers have concerns, complaints, or questions about projects.
This role is mainly focused on customer communication, problem solving, and helping keep customers satisfied and informed. The ideal candidate must be calm, professional, a good listener, and good at handling difficult conversations.

• Speak with customers who have concerns or complaints
• Help explain project timelines and construction processes
• Calm upset customers and help resolve issues
• Follow up with customers during projects
• Communicate customer concerns to the project team
• Help maintain good customer relationships
• Document conversations and issues
• Occasionally visit job sites if needed

• Strong communication skills
• Calm and professional personality
• Good problem-solving skills
• Organized and reliable
• Customer service experience preferred
• Construction knowledge is helpful but not required
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Must be good with phone calls, texting, and email
